The Property Accountant is responsible for preparing accurate and timely financial reports, tracking and analyzing property-level financial performance. Ensures the integrity of financial information through comprehensive analysis, account reconciliations, and strict adherence to generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP). Plays a key role in supporting operational decision-making and ensuring compliance across the portfolio.

Requirements

High level of proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems
Property management software experience (e.g., Yardi, Entrata, MRI) strongly preferred
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data modeling
Must have previous experience in a Property Accountant role
