The Property Accountant is responsible for preparing accurate and timely financial reports, tracking and analyzing property-level financial performance. This role ensures the integrity of financial information through comprehensive analysis, account reconciliations, and strict adherence to generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP). The Property Accountant plays a key role in supporting operational decision-making and ensuring compliance across the portfolio. This role requires a high level of proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems; property management software experience (e.g., Yardi, Entrata, MRI) is strongly preferred. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data modeling are essential. A sign-on bonus is included.

Requirements

Must have previous experience in a Property Accountant role
High level of proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems
