Requirements

Undergraduate degree or college diploma in Accounting.
1+ years’ experience in Commercial Property Management and Lease Commercial Property accounting or similar related experience (i.e. residential real estate or other).
Strong organizational skills and the ability to deliver against tight deadlines.
Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Strong people skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of an organization.

Nice To Haves

CPA designation or in progress of completing.
Experience working in JD Edwards or similar ERP system.

Responsibilities

Complete monthly, quarterly, and yearly preparation & reporting of property financials including balance sheet, income statement, capital expenditures and leasing costs, annual operating cost recoveries, accounts receivable and bad debts/provisions.
Prepare monthly property-level financial analysis for the property managers.
Prepare revenue analysis and review for respective portfolio.
Complete recovery ratio analysis and provide commentary.
Participate in monthly operational/financial review meetings.
Review, analyze and process property budgets.
