About The Position

GoldOller is seeking a Property Accountant to collaborate with the VP of Accounting, other accounting staff, asset management, and the operations team on property management financial accounting.

Requirements

Ability to conduct financial analysis and research
Understanding of theories, principles, and practices of Accounting, Budgeting, Finance, Financial record keeping
Ability to analyze situations, identify problems and recommend solutions
Detail orientated with proficiency in composing and proofing materials
Efficient use of time management with the ability to work independently
Minimum – Bachelor’s degree in accounting
3-5 years’ experience in related fields
Computer proficiency, with thorough knowledge of Excel

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of OneSite – RealPage Residential Property Management Software
Property management experience

Responsibilities

Prepare balance sheet account analysis and account reconciliation
Reconcile of all bank accounts
Generate monthly financial reports and prepare the supporting schedules
Review financial statements for accuracy and month-end closing reports. Analyze variances
Prepare journal entries
Month-end closing reports
Assist with the development of internal controls
Complete special projects and duties as needed
