About The Position

The LP Service Technician II is responsible for leading the service call. The goal is to deliver the desired customer service experience and to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention and increases profitability. Responsible for site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks.

Requirements

  • Clean driving record with Class B CDL with hazmat and tanker endorsements.
  • Gas Fitter License.
  • Ability to obtain PERC Certifications.
  • 2-3 years of LP service experience.
  • Proven troubleshooting qualities.
  • Good customer relations.
  • Positive, upbeat attitude.
  • Team member exhibiting a positive attitude and work ethic.

Responsibilities

  • Cleaning and servicing LP equipment during field visits.
  • Troubleshooting, analyzing and repairing heating equipment and of LP equipment and tanks.
  • Installing and testing propane lines and propane-powered appliances.
  • Working in the field to assure customer satisfaction.
  • Following all company field procedures and protocols.
  • Cross-training and driving bobtail to make deliveries (when needed).
  • Being on call.
