About The Position

AGRILAND FS is looking for a dependable, customer-focused professional to join our energy team. In this role, you'll safely deliver propane and provide outstanding service to agricultural, residential, and commercial customers throughout the local area. You'll play a key role in building strong customer relationships, supporting energy operations, and contributing to the success of our team.

Requirements

• Prefer a Class B CDL with hazmat and tanker endorsements / Company can assist if you have the ability to get the license
• Strong work ethic
• Excellent customer service skills
• Outstanding communication, persuasion, and teamwork skills
• Demonstrate the ability to work in all weather conditions
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Good math and problem solving skills
• Must be able to pass all pre-employment testing along with a background check.

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver propane to agricultural, residential, and commercial customers while following all safety regulations and company procedures.
• Build and strengthen customer relationships by promoting propane products and services to both existing and prospective customers.
• Process customer payments and assist with credit-related activities as needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while supporting daily energy operations.
• Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a positive, productive work environment and achieve operational goals.
• Assist with inventory management and contribute to maintaining a safe, organized facility.
