About The Position

As a Promotions Staff member, you will represent Skillbridge Academy at promotional activities, events, and in-person campaigns throughout the Miami area. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, communicating information clearly, creating positive brand experiences, and working in an energetic team environment. You will play an important role in increasing awareness of Skillbridge Academy, engaging with potential customers and community members, and supporting promotional initiatives designed to strengthen our presence in the local market.

Responsibilities

• Represent Skillbridge Academy professionally during promotional campaigns and events
• Engage with potential customers and members of the public in a friendly and confident manner
• Present information about the company, programs, and available opportunities
• Support promotional events, presentations, and local outreach activities
• Assist with setting up and organizing promotional materials
• Build positive relationships with prospective customers
• Answer general questions and direct interested individuals to the appropriate team members
• Work closely with the promotions and management teams to achieve campaign objectives
• Maintain a professional and polished brand presence
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions
• Provide feedback regarding customer interactions and promotional activities
