About The Position

The Promotions & Partnerships Student Assistant at Titan Radio assists staff with promotional visibility. This role involves supporting various outreach and engagement activities to enhance the visibility of Titan Radio.

Requirements

• Current student at CSUF and is enrolled/registered (fees paid) in a current regular semester as a new or continuing student.
• Student who has completed the prior semester (has not graduated), or who is registered for the subsequent semester.
• In good academic standing (not on academic probation, continued probation, academic dismissal).
• Student who is authorized to work in the United States and can provide employment eligibility documents.
• Ability to learn and perform assigned work.
• Ability to follow oral instructions.
• Ability to work cooperatively with faculty, staff, and other students.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels.
• Ability to read and write English at a level appropriate to the position.

Responsibilities

• Assist staff with contacting venues, promoters, and campus partners.
• Assist staff with organizing ticket giveaways, promo item logistics, and DJ shout-outs.
• Assist staff with organizing a log of active sponsors and deliverables.
• Upload and organize digital assets (logos, flyers, QR codes).
• Assist staff with the Distribution of promotional materials across campus (bulletin boards, lounges, etc.).
• Assist with social and events staff in promoting sponsored content.
• Assist with end-of-semester recap materials for partners.
