About The Position

Brand Fusion is hiring a Promotions & Events Representative to work at promotional events and retail locations, representing client brands face-to-face and guiding customers through sign-ups, registrations, or purchases. It's a hands-on, people-facing role with training and coaching built in from day one. The role involves meeting new people, introducing them to a brand, and helping them sign up or get started on the spot.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in events, promotions, retail, hospitality, or customer service is helpful but not required. Recent graduates, students, and career changers are all welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Set up and represent client brands at events and retail locations
• Approach and engage customers directly, face-to-face
• Explain products, services, and current promotions clearly
• Help customers through sign-ups, registrations, or purchases
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and campaign results
• Work with the team to hit event and campaign targets
• Take part in regular training sessions
