About The Position

We are actively hiring enthusiastic, people-focused Promotions Assistants to join our growing nonprofit outreach team. This in-person, entry-level role is ideal for energetic individuals passionate about supporting charitable causes and making a meaningful impact in their community. Our organization partners with established nonprofits and charitable organizations to execute high-impact fundraising events, community outreach initiatives, and awareness campaigns. With several new programs launching, we are seeking motivated team members who can start immediately.

Requirements

  • Comfortable interacting face-to-face with the public
  • Outgoing, professional, and passionate about charitable work
  • Strong communicators with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and team-oriented
  • Available for full-time work and local travel to events

Nice To Haves

  • Experienced in customer service, retail, sales, or events (preferred but not required)

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of fundraising campaigns, charity events, and community outreach programs
  • Assist with event setup, coordination, and on-site logistics
  • Engage directly with community members to share mission messaging and encourage participation
  • Answer questions about nonprofit initiatives and fundraising goals
  • Track donations, attendance, and campaign performance metrics
  • Maintain a professional, positive presence at events
  • Step into Event Manager responsibilities when needed
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure successful event outcomes
