About The Position

We are looking for enthusiastic Promotions Assistants to join our nonprofit outreach team! This in-person role is perfect for individuals who are people-focused, energetic, and passionate about supporting charitable causes . Our team partners with nonprofits and charitable organizations to run impactful fundraising events, community outreach programs, and awareness campaigns . With new initiatives launching, we are hiring motivated associates to start immediately .

Requirements

• Comfortable interacting face-to-face with community members
• Outgoing, professional, and passionate about charitable work
• Available for full-time work and local travel to events
• Self-motivated, team-oriented, and eager to learn and grow with the organization

Nice To Haves

• Customer service, retail, sales, or event experience is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of fundraising campaigns, community events, and charity activations
• Assist with event setup, coordination, and logistics
• Engage the public to share mission messaging, answer questions, and encourage participation
• Track donations, attendance, and campaign results
• Serve as a positive, professional presence on the event floor, leading by example for volunteers or interns
• Step into Event Manager responsibilities when required
