About The Position
We are a family-owned and operated company with 40 years of experience, leading the market for promotional, print, and specialty items in the tri-state area. We are seeking a motivated candidate to join our team as a dedicated pricing specialist/customer service representative for promotional products. This is a full-time, in-office position.
Requirements
- Must have experience purchasing promotional products domestically and internationally
- Purchasing of promotional products both domestically and internationally, directly from the manufacturers
- Strong phone skills and interpersonal skills
- Strong email skills and presentation building skills
- Industry knowledge and experience within the promotional product and advertising field
Responsibilities
- Learning and building relationships with new and previous promotional item vendors and manufacturers
- Building catered sales presentations to meet client needs
- Aiding sales reps as necessary to maximize company revenue
- Comparing different suppliers and manufacturers to present the best quality product at the most efficient margins
