About The Position

This position is responsible for producing promotional and marketing materials for Vegas PBS. This includes developing concepts, scripting, shooting, editing, and distributing various media formats to promote programming and initiatives. The role requires a creative individual with strong technical skills in video production and a deep understanding of marketing strategies to effectively reach target audiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Film Production, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in video production, including scripting, shooting, and editing.
• Proficiency with professional video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
• Experience with camera, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and promotional strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Portfolio showcasing previous promotional/marketing video work.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in public broadcasting or non-profit marketing.
• Knowledge of graphic design and animation software.
• Familiarity with social media marketing and analytics.
• Experience with project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute promotional and marketing strategies for Vegas PBS.
• Produce high-quality video content for broadcast, digital, and social media platforms.
• Write scripts, storyboard concepts, and manage all phases of video production.
• Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Edit video footage using professional editing software.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure brand consistency and campaign effectiveness.
• Manage project timelines and budgets for promotional campaigns.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide reports on key metrics.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in media production and marketing.
