About The Position
The Promotional Claims Project Specialist (Temp to Hire) will work closely with the Accounting Project Manager, internal/external users, leadership across multiple departments, and IT. This role will be responsible for monitoring and managing support requests related to current/future Accounting platforms insuring timely issue resolutions and process efficiencies. The Project Specialist plays a critical role in maintaining the efficient operation of internal accounting.
Requirements
- 1-3 years coordinating projects
- Minimum 1 year in Accounting
- Excel intermediate level
- Multitasking - Will be required to move between tasks quickly.
- Someone that can think outside of the box. Need to be able to recognize discrepancies, not just do the steps of the process.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
Responsibilities
- Managing Accounting and or related digital platforms.
- Manage, track, and test bug tickets, verify production releases, manage portal access request, and troubleshoot technical issues with end users for Invoice & Samples Portals, plus future Accounting or digital platforms.
- Maintain organized records of support request, bug reports, and testing results.
- Provide and/or manage general end user support via email and/or teams meetings.
- Provide support and/or conduct trainings and/or develop materials (SOP's) for Accounting platform end users
