Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing or other related fields.
  • Between 3-5 years of experience in Project Management.
  • Between 1-3 years of experience in CPG and or product development.
  • Advanced in Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, SAP, Sharepoint.
  • Highly organized and able to communicate effectively with all cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

  • Guide domestic and international projects from start to finish while keeping it on time, within scope, and on budget and keeping project stakeholders informed as required.
  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling cross-functional meetings, routing assets for approvals, submitting creative tickets and tracking project timelines.
  • Participate in project related business discussions to ensure requirements are well understood, appropriately documented, and adequately addressed by the solution.
  • Serve as the central hub connecting Field Teams, Brand Marketing, and Licensing teams to keep campaign timelines aligned.
  • Monitor market trends and consumer behaviors to drive data-backed strategies when developing creative materials.
  • Work with cross-functional partners on bringing creative ideas to life.
  • Coordinate projects such as apparel requests, launch kits, promotional items and other special projects, working closely with business stakeholders to keep initiatives on track and on budget.
  • Serve as the central hub connecting Field Teams, Brand Marketing, Licensing and external partners.
  • Responsible for navigating inventory management systems to order and track existing promotional items as needed.
