About The Position

The Promoter role at Zouk is responsible for delivering a daily/nightly guest list of preferred clientele, following a weekly schedule, and interacting with guests in a professional and cordial manner. This role involves driving business through guest list and table reservations, ensuring guests are aware of events, and maintaining social media platforms for marketing campaigns. The position requires using a personal device for job-related tasks and performing other duties as requested. Key aspects include meeting and greeting guests, expediting them into the venue, establishing contacts, building a network, growing a database, and daily promotional outreach to drive general admission to the venues.

Requirements

  • Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English.
  • Polished appearance and demeanor.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to obtain and full knowledge and understanding of company and department rules and regulations, policies and procedures.
  • Must be 21 years of age.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least one year of previous experience as a Promoter in a similar or related field.
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
  • Ability to obtain Nevada Gaming Registration.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience working in a day club or nightclub.
  • Previous experience working in a large, luxury resort setting.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a daily/nightly guest list of a preferred clientele on specified days.
  • Follow and execute weekly schedule day/night.
  • Interact, entertain and provide guests with information in a professional, cordial and exemplary manner while recognizing and cultivating regulars.
  • Respond to all guest inquiries and requests.
  • Drive business through booking guest list and table reservations.
  • Execute weekly goals (Guest List Requirements).
  • Ensure guests are aware of events and supports the execution of them.
  • Maintain social platforms as indicated by management.
  • Post events, communications and participate in marketing campaigns via social media.
  • Use personal device/cellular phone for job related operational tasks, job duties, review of company documents, etc.
  • Perform other job-related duties as requested.
  • Meet and greet guests and expedite them into the venue.
  • Focus on establishing contacts, building network, and database growth.
  • Daily promotional outreach.
  • Focus on driving GA to the venues.
  • Use personal device/cellular phone for job related operational tasks, job duties, review of company documents, etc.
  • Perform other job-related duties as requested.
