About The Position

The purpose of this position is to assist the stage manager with all things happening in the arena related to promotions. The goal is to create a memorable, entertaining experience for fans that creates a lasting memory. This role is the driving force behind the fun at every game and contributes to one of the best in-game experiences in the ECHL. This is a paid, gameday position ($70/game). Applicants must be local.

Requirements

• Expected to work all 36 home games, or as many as possible.
• Outgoing personality and comfortable in front of and around crowds of people.
• Teamwork oriented mindset.
• Adaptability and Time Management.
• Excellent Verbal Communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist the stage manager with setting up the promotions for the night, including but not limited to concourse set-up, intermission activities, in-game sponsorship fulfillment, promotional items, etc.
• Act as a secondary mascot when called upon.
• Find contestants for in game contests.
• Assist with the execution of pre-game and in-game elements and intermission activities.
• Assist with tear-down or turnover preparation for the next game.
• Adhere to all arena policies and procedures, as well as other duties assigned by management.
• Keep promo closet containing giveaways, costumers, and promotion materials inventoried and organized.
• Buy in to everything we do, and treat it with sincerity, but also be willing to provide feedback to your supervisor in the instance you think something can be improved.
