We are seeking a Projects & Technology Training Specialist to lead and coordinate all projects across our administrative departments. This role will work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) and department leaders to ensure projects stay on track, stakeholders are informed, and end users receive appropriate documentation and training. This is a highly visible role with the opportunity to shape how projects are run and is ideal for someone with 5+ years of project management or technology operations experience. Duties and Responsibilities Lead and coordinate technology and operational projects across administrative departments Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and status reporting Facilitate project meetings, including kickoffs, check-ins, and retrospectives Provide regular project status updates to leadership and stakeholders Support change management and user adoption for new technology initiatives Partner with subject matter experts to gather requirements, track progress, identify risks, and resolve blockers Ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives Maintain clear project documentation and records Own project-related communications, including email, Slack, SharePoint, etc. Translate technical information into clear, concise messaging for non-technical audiences Serve as a central point of coordination between project SME’s, key stakeholders and the user population Design and maintain training agendas for new systems, tools, and process changes Create tip sheets, quick-reference guides, and “how-to” documentation Develop user-friendly training materials tailored to different audiences Deliver virtual technology training sessions
