The Project Associate is responsible for managing and coordinating small to medium capital improvement projects as well as providing construction management support for Jefferson County Parks & Open Space. This role involves preparing budgets and cost estimates, gathering needed data, providing administrative services for contracts, leading and/or attending meetings, actively monitoring project status, coordinating with contractors, consultants, and other outside agencies, and presenting to other agencies and the public. The position operates in an office/field setting with some remote work flexibility, working 40 hours a week, with occasional weekend/week night requirements. The hiring range is $76,000-$88,000 USD annually, with compensation determined by education, experience, and skills.
