About The Position

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Project Team Leader to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects that support operational efficiency and business goals. This role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, project management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or technical environment
Project management experience, preferably related to facilities growth, expansion, or organizational initiatives
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage competing priorities

Nice To Haves

2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
Experience leading cross-functional teams
Experience with project scheduling tools
PMP, CAPM, Agile, Lean, or similar certification

Responsibilities

Lead projects from planning through completion, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and business objectives are met
Coordinate resources and support project execution across cross-functional teams
Monitor progress, resolve issues, and communicate updates to stakeholders
Identify process improvements to enhance workflows and operational performance
Develop and maintain procedures in compliance with ISO standards
Foster a collaborative team environment through clear communication, coaching, and support
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
