About The Position

Diversified Services Network, Inc. (DSN) is seeking a Project Team Lead to support operations in Chandler, Arizona. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for coordinating daily activities, supporting staff performance, and ensuring high-quality service delivery in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Requirements

• Local to or able to work onsite in Chandler, AZ
• Experience in team leadership, operations, or project coordination
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for issue resolution and escalation related to Intake Specialists
• Conduct weekly check-ins with client leadership to review staff performance and address any concerns
• Provide timely resolution to operational issues; develop and implement corrective action plans as needed
• Coordinate communication, updates, and task assignments between staff and client stakeholders
• Ensure staff understands and follow all process updates and operational procedures
• Monitor daily operations and service delivery to ensure quality, accuracy, and timeliness
• Assess staffing levels and capacity across locations and recommend adjustments as needed
• Support a collaborative, team-oriented environment while maintaining high performance standards
