GDIT is seeking a Project/Task Supervisor to provide technical, administrative, and operational leadership for projects or tasks. This role involves contract and subcontractor management, development of technical project plans, reports, schedules, and administrative reporting. The supervisor may perform high-level technical services, conduct planning, provide recommendations to clients, coordinate risks, attend customer meetings, and serve as a client liaison. They will interact with vendors, other agencies, and client staff, coordinate the development of contract deliverables, ensure quality assurance, and maintain current knowledge of relevant technology. The scope of this role specifically includes overseeing and supervising a small team focused on document digitization processes, ensuring quality and timely production according to established guidelines and schedules. The Project/Task Supervisor will direct and oversee the production/digital processing of a document archive and the receipt, tasking, tracking, and closure of tasks for the contract. They will establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers and other stakeholders.
