Responsibilities

  • Supporting the day-to-day activities of the Sponsor.
  • Providing support to the Sponsor in the development and coordination of organizational policies, standards, processes, and procedures.
  • At the request of the Sponsor, developing milestones and detailed schedule for complex stories
  • With CAM Team, providing QA reviews for CSAs and SLAs, ensuring timeliness and quality of the Sponsor’s agreements for project and services.
  • Developing and maintaining documentation that captures the Sponsor’s business processes supporting the Sponsor's software build and support services.
  • Supporting data calls as requested by the Sponsor.
  • Supporting release and configuration management.
  • Working closely with the Sponsor and stakeholders to ensure the Product Backlog, stored in Sponsor-provided tool, is continually and regularly maintained in alignment with the Agile cadence to ensure the necessary Release and Sprint Backlog items (epics and user stories) are defined with acceptance criteria and prioritized by the Mission Partners prior to the start of each release and sprint.
