Responsible for leading project management, systems, integration, and distribution channel management for all lines (including Personal Lines, Health/EB and Individual/Medicare and P&C). Responsible for helping FMIG achieve annual profit goals, develop plans for increased process improvements and efficiencies, develop existing and new insurance distribution channels (including digital). Develops, leads cross-functional and cross-departmental teams and implements best practices in systems, IT, policies, procedures, service standards, regulatory and compliance matters, and ensures staff maintain standards of excellence.
