As our Project Surveyor for our Survey & Geospatial team in Santa Fe Springs , you'll play a key role in supporting field crews, coordinating project activities, and contributing to the successful completion of construction surveying projects from start to finish.

Requirements

Construction surveying experience required
Relevant experience supporting construction surveying projects and field crews
Strong understanding of construction surveying practices, procedures, and project workflows
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced environment
Persistent and solution-oriented approach to challenges
Self-starter who takes initiative and can work independently
Ability to work effectively with field crews, clients, and project teams
Willingness to work on-site in the office five days per week

Nice To Haves

LSIT certification preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

Support the planning, coordination, and execution of construction surveying projects while helping ensure field crews have the information and resources needed to successfully complete their work.
Apply your construction surveying knowledge and technical expertise to support project deliverables, calculations, documentation, and other technical aspects of assigned projects.
Work closely with field crews to provide technical support, answer questions, and help resolve challenges that arise throughout the project.
Build strong working relationships with clients, field crews, project teams, and other stakeholders through clear and effective communication.
Learn and consistently apply established systems, procedures, and workflows to support accurate, efficient, and consistent project delivery.
Stay engaged throughout the project lifecycle, helping move assignments from the initial stages through successful completion.
