Requirements

High level of detail orientation and customer service skills
Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with potential and existing customers
Multitask in a fast-paced environment and prioritize changing needs to meet deadlines
Perform individual contributor duties with some guidance of leadership
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment
Must be a US Person (US Citizen, person granted US Permanent Resident Card or any individual who is granted status as a "protected person".

Basic understanding of engineering project development and scheduling processes

Responsibilities

Implement the document change process to include revising quality documents, processing engineering change notices (ECN), facilitating document reviews/approvals, ensuring document accuracy, and managing the ECN Generator tool
Track and report on ECN metrics to include newly requested changes, changes in progress, and implemented changes on a week-by-week basis
Assist the Project Manager in maintaining engineering project schedules
Assist the Project Manager in risk management issues such as cost, weight, schedule, power, etc. on specific programs as required by the Engineering and Program Management teams
Assist Project Management team in conducting engineering status and design review meetings (e.g., Preliminary Design Review, Critical Design Review)
Work closely with Operations and Engineering employees to obtain information for building products
