About The Position

The Project Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the Quran school, ensuring its smooth functioning and adherence to Islamic values. This role involves supervising teachers, assistants, and volunteers, managing schedules, and monitoring student progress. The supervisor will also be responsible for implementing the Quran curriculum, organizing assessments, communicating with parents, and planning school events. A key aspect of the role is ensuring quality assurance and continuous development of the school's educational programs and staff.

Requirements

  • Supervision of Quran teachers, assistants, and volunteers.
  • Preparation of teaching schedules and staff timetables.
  • Monitoring of student attendance, registration, and class allocations.
  • Implementation and supervision of the Quran curriculum (recitation, tajweed, memorization, tafsir, Islamic studies).
  • Organization of Quran revision programs, competitions, and assessments.
  • Monitoring of student learning, memorization progress, and tajweed application.
  • Conducting assessments, exams, and progress reports for students.
  • Meeting with parents to discuss student performance.
  • Acting as a liaison between school administration, teachers, parents, and students.
  • Communication with parents about school updates, events, and student performance.
  • Organization of parent meetings, orientations, and workshops.
  • Planning and overseeing Quran-related events.
  • Arranging guest speakers and special learning opportunities.
  • Ensuring safety and discipline during activities.
  • Evaluation of staff performance and provision of feedback.
  • Maintenance of accurate student and staff records.
  • Development and implementation of school improvement plans.
  • Staying updated with best practices in Quranic and Islamic education.
