About The Position

As a Project Supervisor, you'll start your day by reviewing project priorities, organizing resources, and directing on-site activities to keep work moving safely and efficiently. You'll coordinate delivery teams, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure projects are completed within scope, budget, and schedule. Your ability to stay organized, communicate clearly, and adapt to changing project needs will be key to keeping each job on track. Throughout the day, you'll be actively engaged on-site, providing direction and support to the teams performing the work. You'll monitor quality and productivity, address challenges as they arise, and ensure work is completed according to project requirements and established standards. Safety will be a constant priority as you ensure team members follow safe work practices, utilize required safety programs, and have the appropriate training and resources to perform their work safely. You'll also serve as an important connection between the field teams and project leadership, communicating progress, identifying potential issues, and helping coordinate solutions. You'll ensure work is performed in accordance with First Onsite policies, procedures, and applicable legislative requirements while maintaining a strong focus on customer and project needs. Every day, your leadership will help deliver safe, organized, high-quality work while keeping projects moving toward successful completion.

Requirements

  • Read Xactimate scopes & manage budgets
  • Lead teams and oversee projects end-to-end
  • Maintain 4+ industry certifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • valid driver's license required

Responsibilities

  • Solicit, receive, and approve proposals from subcontractors to perform work within budget
  • Prepare project schedule, including job crew and sub-contractors schedule, according to scope of work
  • Fill in as needed when additional responsibilities/tasks need to be completed, including physical labor
  • Create and maintain job activity paperwork and jobsite inventories
  • Maintain a daily log of conditions, activities, communications, and notable events
  • Prepare reports, documentation, and other job-related administrative documents
  • Manage receipts and approval change orders
  • Perform or ensure execution of daily job site safety meetings
  • Accurately maintain daily reports, daily sign-in timesheets, equipment records, moisture maps, and material sheets
  • Responsible for vehicle and equipment maintenance - cleaned, stocked, and ready for response
  • On-call position with 24/7 availability and variable hours
