About The Position

The Project Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day execution of project activities, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications. This role serves as the critical link between project planning and field operations by coordinating personnel, monitoring progress, managing resources, and maintaining quality standards to achieve project objectives.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in project supervision, operations management, construction, manufacturing, facilities, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily project activities and assign work to team members based on project priorities and deadlines.
  • Monitor employee performance, productivity, and attendance to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and coaching to support team development and performance.
  • Conduct routine site inspections to ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Promote and maintain a safe work environment by identifying and addressing potential hazards.
  • Ensure all work is performed in accordance with project specifications and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Track daily and weekly project progress against established schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Identify potential delays or risks and implement corrective actions to maintain project timelines.
  • Communicate project status, challenges, and accomplishments to management and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate the procurement and delivery of materials, equipment, and supplies required for project execution.
  • Assist with inventory management and ensure resources are available to support project schedules.
  • Facilitate permit acquisition and ensure project documentation is maintained and up to date.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving operational issues, workflow challenges, and team conflicts.
  • Analyze problems, develop practical solutions, and implement corrective actions to minimize disruptions.
  • Prepare and maintain project status reports, productivity metrics, and performance summaries.
  • Document project activities, incidents, and key milestones for management review.
  • Support management with performance evaluations and operational reporting.
