About The Position

As a Project Supervisor , you’ll lead teams of quality inspectors at manufacturing plants and warehouses. You’ll manage daily operations, support customers, train team members, and ensure quality and safety standards are met. This is a hands-on leadership role with travel to customer sites and strong growth potential.

Requirements

• 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience
• Strong customer service / B2B experience
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated
• Flexible, adaptable, and positive attitude
• Ability to travel on short notice
• Valid Driver’s License
• Personal vehicle

Responsibilities

• Supervise inspection teams at assigned locations
• Ensure safety, quality, and customer standards are met
• Set up projects and manage daily deliverables
• Train and support team leaders and inspectors
• Communicate with customers and internal teams
• Complete required training and follow company policies
