About The Position

As a Project Supervisor, you’ll lead teams of quality inspectors at manufacturing plants and warehouses. You’ll manage daily operations, support customers, train team members, and ensure quality and safety standards are met.
This is a hands-on leadership role with travel to customer sites and strong growth potential.

Requirements

• 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience
• Strong customer service / B2B experience
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated
• Flexible, adaptable, and positive attitude
• Ability to travel on short notice
• Valid Driver’s License
• Personal vehicle

Responsibilities

• Supervise inspection teams at assigned locations
• Ensure safety, quality, and customer standards are met
• Set up projects and manage daily deliverables
• Train and support team leaders and inspectors
• Communicate with customers and internal teams
• Complete required training and follow company policies
