About The Position

Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, staging, and shipping. Assign, monitor, and adjust team tasks to meet operational and productivity goals. Lead, train, coach, and develop warehouse staff while maintaining a positive, team-oriented environment. Manage performance conversations, corrective actions, and employee development. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, PPE requirements, and regulatory standards. Maintain accurate inventory, support cycle counts, and resolve discrepancies. Ensure proper documentation for all material movement and inventory transactions. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment through audits, training, and incident reviews. Oversee safe use, maintenance, and troubleshooting of warehouse equipment. Coordinate material flow with internal departments and prepare reports on productivity, inventory accuracy, and staffing needs, escalating issues as necessary.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution with 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with progressive leadership responsibilities OR High School Diploma/GED with 7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with progressive leadership responsibilities.
  • 2 years of experience working in a warehouse/logistics setting.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions that affect the workgroup.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of shipping procedures, inventory control, and safety regulations.
