About The Position

QuestMark Construction Services, a division of CentiMark Corporation, is seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to support its team on large-scale industrial and commercial construction projects throughout North America. The role oversees field operations, coordinates subcontractors, maintains project schedules, and ensures projects are completed safely, on time, and to high quality standards. It requires frequent travel and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Superintendent, Foreman, or Project Manager in commercial or industrial construction.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout North America.

Nice To Haves

• Experience managing resinous flooring, polished concrete, coatings, or specialty trade contractors.
• Experience with Procore and other construction management software.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite supervision and coordination for construction projects from mobilization through closeout.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field crews to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and monitor progress against milestones.
• Conduct daily site meetings and communicate project updates to customers, project managers, and leadership.
• Maintain project documentation, including daily reports, photos, safety records, and quality control inspections.
• Coordinate material deliveries, equipment needs, and site logistics.
• Identify and resolve field issues while maintaining positive relationships with customers and trade partners.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and contractual requirements.
