About The Position

Pinnacle Construction & Development Corporation seeks a dependable, quality-conscientious Project Superintendent with well-balanced skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and a minimum 10 years' construction experience for a multifamily apartment development in Zions Crossroads, Virginia. The Project Superintendent will be responsible to provide overall administrative and technical management on a multifamily construction project site. Thorough knowledge of all aspects of construction (technology, equipment, methods), engineering, cost control, scheduling, and safety required.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years' construction experience.
• Extensive wood framing experience (multi-family preferred).
• Proficient at reading drawings and interpreting specifications.
• Experience with construction project management software.
• OSHA 10 hour safety training.
• First aid/CPR training.
• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable transportation.
• Desire to learn and work independently and in a team atmosphere.
• Satisfactory drug test and criminal background check.
• Verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States.
• Complete required employment eligibility verification document form upon hire.
