We are seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to oversee single-family residential construction projects from inception to completion. Requirements

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in single-family residential construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

• Relevant certifications, such as OSHA or First Aid.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities and coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and laborers.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes by conducting regular safety meetings and inspections.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with project managers and architects to resolve issues and implement design changes.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Foster positive relationships with clients, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Train and mentor junior staff and subcontractors, promoting a culture of safety and excellence on site.
