About The Position

The Project Superintendent will be responsible for project closeout, including compiling punch lists and ensuring all items are completed and verified in a timely manner. This role requires participation in generating official punch lists for any work that needs to be corrected or repaired.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field, or combination of education/job experience.
• Minimum of 5 Years experience as a Superintendent for a commercial contractor.
• Computer skills including Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office, ProCore.
• OSHA 30
• Driver's License

Responsibilities

• Participate in compiling lists to assist all Subcontractors to complete their Scope of Work.
• Participate in generating an official punch list for any work that needs to be corrected or repaired once the project is substantially complete.
• See that all items on the punch list are completed and verified in a timely manner.
