Requirements
- 5+ years of related experience and/or training in construction industry
- Experience with structural concrete construction and subcontract management
- Must possess a valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven and an acceptable driving record as determined by the Michels Review Team
- Ability to travel and commit to long term onsite projects
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of forming systems, mix designs and admixtures
Responsibilities
- Direct the activities of workers by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates.
- Be responsible for multiple projects at once.
- Communicate and coordinate with the General Superintendent, Michels Safety staff, foremen, Project Managers, etc.
