About The Position

St. Louis Children's Hospital has an opportunity for a Project Specialist to provide comprehensive operational and administrative support for Raising St. Louis. Responsibilities include coordinating client intake, referral management, program documentation, transportation services, reporting, and community partner communications. This position serves as the central operational hub for multiple service lines, ensuring timely processing of referrals, accurate data management, regulatory compliance, and effective coordination between internal staff and external community partners. The Project Specialist supports program quality and efficiency by maintaining multiple tracking systems, coordinating client transitions, assisting with special projects and events, and ensuring consistent communication across interdisciplinary teams. Monday-Friday, hybrid opportunity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Social Services/related
  • 2-5 years of experience
  • < 2 years of supervisor experience
  • Automobile Liability Insurance
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Licensed/Registered vehicle

  • Master's Degree in Social Work/Business/related
  • 5-10 years of experience
  • 2-5 years of supervisor experience

Responsibilities

  • Provides services and coordinates activities related to specialty.
  • Functions as a liaison among the programs and the greater community.
  • Serves as a resource to customers by providing training and education on area of specialty and participating in special projects and assignments.
