We are seeking Architecture students graduating in 2027 to join our team as New Graduate Architects. You'll work alongside experienced architects and designers, contribute to projects from concept through construction, and gain hands-on experience in one of our ten market sectors. We're looking for creative, driven individuals who are passionate about design, eager to learn, and excited to grow their careers.

Requirements

• NAAB accredited professional degree in Architecture (or equivalent) by graduation.
• Proactive problem solver with strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
• Proficient in Revit with a willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
• Strong communication, collaboration, organization, and analytical skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in diverse team environments.
• Full-time in-office presence, with exceptions granted only at the discretion of Sector. Leadership, and only with written and documented approval.
• Long periods working at a computer and desk.
• Frequently standing, sitting, walking, talking, and hearing.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Travel to other offices as needed (10-15%).
• This position is designated as full-time on-site and requires the employee to be physically present at the assigned office location Monday through Friday during standard business hours. Regular, reliable on-site attendance is an essential function of this role.
