This role involves tackling responsibilities alongside a team of creative, highly motivated individuals who are passionate about their work and ready to collaborate to achieve outstanding results. The ideal team member is passionate and progressively seeking more responsibilities to expand their expertise.

Requirements

  • Professional, NAAB accredited degree in Architecture or equivalent is required.
  • Proactive, positive approach to problem solving.
  • Familiarity with Revit and eagerness to learn additional relevant software and programs.
  • Exhibit strong organizational, design, detailing, teamwork and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate in a diverse project team.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Flexible attitude and ability to juggle multiple priorities is essential.
  • This position is designated as full-time on-site and requires the employee to be physically present at the assigned office location Monday through Friday during standard business hours. Regular, reliable on-site attendance is an essential function of this role.

Responsibilities

  • Collaboratively work within our Commercial studio to deliver the full life cycle of a project from early concept to project completion.
  • Explore and illustrate design concepts to solve for creative solutions for multiple clients.
  • Be an integral team member in the production of construction drawings.
  • Assist with construction administration responsibilities both in the field and in the office.
  • Participate in the process of exploring and completing usable construction document detailing solutions.
  • Coordinate with a variety of consultants.
