About The Position

The Project Service Supervisor leads a team of Project Service Coordinators as they manage multiple jobs simultaneously from beginning to end in an effort to increase Design Consultant productivity and reduce go-backs. The Project Services Supervisor will be responsible for training and mentoring the input and output for each job from sold to install and will ensure efficient workflows with minimal errors and optimal production. In addition, this role will have a dedicated number of Design Consultants whose jobs they will manage from beginning to end.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience of Project Management in construction and/or in the home renovations/improvement industry
• Working knowledge of an Order Management System and Salesforce CRM
• 2+ years of experience in the construction industry with knowledge of the installation practices for customized cabinetry solutions
• High school diploma and/or GED

Responsibilities

• Allocating and managing resources to ensure the team has clear direction and project timelines are being met
• The point person for troubleshooting through escalated issues and/or problems in a timely manner
• Provides informal feedback on an ongoing basis to identify any gaps in the process to manager
• Troubleshoot project/job issues or discrepancies, develop and implement corrective action plans
• Conducts weekly and monthly meetings with Design Consultants, Installers, and Logistic Coordinators to keep abreast and manage job input and output.
• Ensure teams are meeting deadlines, solicit opportunities for improvement, and in general provide the CCO General Manager with insight on work processes, issues, and corrective action
• Participates in corporate or national process improvement teams or councils, providing recommendations and modifications to operating policies and procedures, assist with training and implementation to attain greater profitability and efficiency in work
• Monitors that all CAD designs are corrected as per the FST job site survey recommendations and monitor design changes /corrections with Design Consultants
