  • 5+ years of experience in litigation technology support including Relativity

  • Ability to travel 5-10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience supporting United States federal government agencies
  • Experience with litigation support technologies including: Relativity, RelOne, Nuix, or others.

Responsibilities

  • Consult with case teams to effectively develop and apply technical strategies, requirements and goals in order to develop and implement project plans, including, processing, hosting platform imports, and document production.
  • Coordinate appropriate workflow tasks, including data management, processing, production and quality control.
  • Coordinate efforts of others in response to discovery requests and provides regular reports and metrics as to the status of each phase of the project.
  • Stay abreast of emerging electronic discovery litigation support technology and processes.
  • Maintain current knowledge of available software applications and in area(s) of expertise.
  • Work with a variety of litigation support technologies including: Relativity, RelOne, Nuix, and more.
  • Process documents and data in adherence to organizational standards and client specific specifications.
  • Create and prepare load files and deliverables.
  • Make recommendations for improved workflow, quality, internal documentation and processes to maximize system resources and efficiencies as applicable.
