As Project Site Security Manager for the Commonwealth LNG (CWLNG) project, you will lead the physical security, risk management, and emergency management programs for a large-scale LNG construction site. This is a critical site leadership role, embedded within the project management team, with direct accountability for protecting people, assets, operations, and reputation. You will act as the security subject matter expert for the project, providing strategic guidance to construction and project leadership while overseeing day-to-day security operations both on-site and off-site. The role includes managing private security providers, developing and implementing security and emergency response plans, conducting risk assessments, leading incident response, and promoting a strong security culture across the project. This position reports directly to the TEN Site Construction Director/Manager with a functional (dotted-line) reporting relationship to the Head of Security – Americas, based in the Houston Operating Center. You will work closely with internal stakeholders including Construction Management, HSE, Legal, People & Culture, and Project Leadership, as well as external partners such as owners, contractors, local authorities, and emergency responders. Travel: Primarily site-based with limited domestic travel as required.
