About The Position
Dow is offering a Project SEARCH internship opportunity in Houston, Texas. This program is designed for students with moderate intellectual and/or developmental disabilities who are enrolled in a post-secondary program. The goal of this internship is to equip student interns with marketable and transferable skills, preparing them for competitive employment within the community. Requirements
- Have received a program acceptance letter from your local school for the Dow Project SEARCH program
- Meet all school eligibility requirements
- A minimum requirement for this U.S. based position is the ability to work legally in the United States.
- No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position, including for any type of U.S. permanent residency (green card) process
Responsibilities
- Complete three 10-week internships through a variety of roles
- Participate in required classroom curriculum
- Meet goal milestones for each internship
