About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Scribe to support documentation and project activities for a large-scale Oracle Fusion ERP implementation. The Scribe will work closely with project teams and stakeholders to capture meetings, decisions, requirements, action items, project updates, and other important program information accurately and consistently.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience supporting large system replacement or ERP projects.
• Strong documentation, organization, and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to capture complex discussions accurately.
• Ability to work effectively with project managers, technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and project collaboration tools.
• Must be available onsite in Jefferson City, Missouri, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM Central.
• Must successfully pass a Missouri State Highway Patrol fingerprint background check.
• This is a 100% dedicated assignment with no split allocation to another client.

• Oracle Fusion Cloud experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience working in a large, complex project environment is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Attend project meetings, workshops, and working sessions.
• Capture clear and accurate meeting notes, decisions, action items, and next steps.
• Maintain organized project documentation and records.
• Track action items and follow up on outstanding items as needed.
• Support project managers with documentation, reporting, and administrative coordination.
• Help maintain project schedules, logs, trackers, and other program artifacts.
• Organize and document complex discussions in a clear and structured format.
• Ensure project documentation is current, accurate, and easily accessible.
• Support communication and coordination across project workstreams.
