TD Thornton is seeking an experienced Project Scheduling Manager to lead planning and scheduling activities for complex construction projects throughout North America. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring advanced Primavera P6 expertise, strong construction knowledge, and the ability to oversee scheduling activities in active project environments. The Project Scheduling Manager will develop and maintain detailed CPM schedules, evaluate project performance, identify schedule risks, develop recovery strategies, and provide technical leadership to project-site schedulers and project teams. The ideal candidate understands not only how to build a schedule, but how construction projects are actually built. This includes sequencing, logistics, crew requirements, equipment, production rates, subcontractor coordination, and field execution. This position requires extensive travel to project locations throughout North America, potentially up to 85%.
