About The Position

SLB New Energy & Industrial is seeking a Project Scheduler to support its Data Center infrastructure solutions business. The role develops, updates, and maintains project schedules that accurately reflect progress and forecast completion across all phases of Data Center projects. The scheduler works closely with construction, engineering, supply chain, and project controls teams to ensure schedule data is consistent and reliable, and engages with site teams to validate progress and support timely decisions. This is a site-based position requiring presence at construction sites and daily interaction with construction teams, subcontractors, and field engineers. Candidates must be open to domestic relocation based on project schedules and locations. Qualified candidates anywhere in the U.S. will be considered; relocation assistance is available to Shreveport and/or construction sites as required. Some travel between project locations may be required. Multiple openings are available at multiple experience levels.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
5–10 years of experience in project planning and scheduling for large-scale construction or industrial projects.
Proficiency in Primavera P6 and schedule management processes.
Strong understanding of construction workflows and sequencing.
Experience preparing progress reports and performing critical path analyses.
Fluency in written and verbal English.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Must be legally able to work and reside in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Must be open to domestic relocation based on project schedules and locations.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience supporting large-scale data center or mission-critical facilities.
Professional certification such as AACE PSP or PMI-SP.
Experience with schedule visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI or Excel dashboards.

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate, up-to-date project schedules aligned with the approved baseline and execution strategy.
Support effective decision-making through clear reporting of schedule performance and risks.
Coordinate regularly with project disciplines to ensure schedule data reflects actual progress.
Identify deviations early and assist in developing recovery plans to maintain key milestones.
Contribute to standardization and consistency in scheduling practices across projects.
Conduct site walkdowns to verify physical progress and sequencing, and coordinate with site office teams on planning updates and reporting.
