About The Position

We have a customer in Denver, CO who has an IMMEDIATE long-term DIRECT HIRE or TEMP-HIRE opportunity for a Project Scheduler. In this role you will support Project Manager in overseeing the planning and scheduling of engineering design and supply projects for large bulk material handling equipment by gathering and analyzing project information. You will also use analytical reports and understanding of the project team to set and monitor schedules and ensure scheduling follows company policy and contractual requirements. In addition you will have to create and monitor project schedules and create, monitor, analyze and revise at Level 4, resource loaded, Critical Data Method (CDM) schedule. You will also track and analyze report information to allow project teams and ensure accuracy of schedules, tasks, meeting updates, and efficient distribution of reports and monitor Work Breakdown Schedules (WBS). This is a long-term DIRECT HIRE opportunity based in Denver, Colorado and must be worked on site.

Requirements

• AAS or BS Degree (preferred)
• 2-5 years plus experience in project scheduling
• Advanced proficiency with PRIMAVERA (P6) and MS PROJECT and MS OFFICE
• Experience with Critical Data Method (CDM) and Work Breakdown Schedules (WBS)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work with multiple projects and teams
• Must be US Citizen or Green CARD HOLDER

Nice To Haves

• Experience with large bulk material handling equipment and/or mining and similar equipment preferred
