Requirements

  • Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Business, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • 3-5 years of experience in project management, technical inside sales, industrial services, automation, controls, instrumentation, machinery protection systems, or related industries.
  • Experience developing technical quotations and managing customer projects preferred.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and project execution activities.
  • Strong technical aptitude and understanding of industrial systems and customer requirements.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicable business systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in customer site walkdowns and scope definition activities.
  • Work with Account Managers to develop technical and commercial quotations.
  • Review customer specifications, drawings, and project requirements.
  • Develop project scopes of work, labor estimates, material requirements, and execution plans.
  • Identify project risks and opportunities during the proposal phase.
  • Manage assigned projects from award through completion.
  • Organize project kickoff meetings and maintain project schedules.
  • Serve as the primary customer contact for project execution activities.
  • Coordinate project activities among customers, technicians, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress and communicate status, risks, and schedule impacts.
  • Support change management and ensure project requirements are successfully executed.
  • Work with the Reliability Solutions Manager to identify project resource requirements and execution priorities.
  • Coordinate project requirements with technicians, cabinet shop personnel, and suppliers.
  • Communicate project material requirements and milestone information to the BU Administrator to support purchasing and invoicing activities.
  • Monitor & report fabrication, material delivery, and project progress to support schedule commitments.
  • Coordinate and conduct Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs).
  • Support installation and commissioning activities.
  • Track resolution of project punch-list items.
  • Provide project reporting through final commissioning.
  • Conduct project closeout meetings and ensure completion of project deliverables.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Promote safe work practices during project execution.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to project execution and customer service.
  • Perform related duties as assigned.
