Crawford Electric Supply is seeking a Project Quotations Specialist to join their team in Houston, TX. Requirements
- Must have experience as a contractor inside salesperson or manager of lighting projects and/or electrical distribution and control projects.
- PC literate with knowledge of MS Office; strong Excel skills
- Excellent written, verbal and negotiation skills.
- Great customer service

- Prefer Bachelor’s Degree (B.S.) and/or two to four years’ equivalent combination of education and experience.
Responsibilities
- Self-directed ownership and bidding on project jobs.
- Manage and provide written quotations or estimates of prices, terms and delivery for standard, complex or non-standard merchandise.
- Negotiate jobs, prepare and send submittals.
- Responds to requests from customers and salespeople on matters pertaining to the application and operation of various projects throughout a region and satisfactorily address.
- Assists with the planning and presentation of training programs and other professional growth opportunities for customers and salespersons in the planning, installation, and operations of various projects.
- Complete write up and send final release of job to project management.
- Resolves customer order problems and complaints promptly.
- Prepare correspondence and reports necessary for business transactions.
